Sandy Weir Photography, collection of wedding photography PLANNING YOUR BIG DAY

Planning is the essence of success and relates to all aspects of your wedding, none more so than your photography. We will of course meet with you some time in advance to discuss your requirements and to agree the timings for your photography. If we are unfamiliar with a venue, then we shall arrange a site visit, preferably in your company, to seek out the best areas and possibilities of your venue.

Although we pride ourselves on working to a time plan, it is important to beware of long lists of “must have” shots! These are almost guaranteed to stifle creativity, extend the photo session to marathon proportions and drive your guests to distraction.

We will be very happy to discuss what has worked in the past and just as importantly, what hasn’t, avoiding potential pitfalls and problems on your big day.
